Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale and maintain our high-throughput cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will eliminate bottlenecks, automate manual operations, and design resilient systems capable of handling billions of daily requests. You will collaborate directly with core engineering squads to embed reliability and observability into every release.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multi-region AWS environments.
- Build and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and SLA monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and maintain zero-drift configurations.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations and conduct blameless post-mortems for production incidents.
- Participate in a secondary on-call rotation with actionable, well-documented runbooks.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to guarantee safe, deterministic deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years managing mission-critical infrastructure in production AWS environments.
- Deep operational expertise with container orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling.
- Hands-on experience implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong grasp of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and DNS architecture.
- Proven record driving down MTTR and improving overall service availability.
