Sinergi Ayu Semesta is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Product Development (Beauty) professional to direct our end-to-end product creation pipeline in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will spearhead product roadmaps across skincare and cosmetic categories—driving innovation from initial consumer research and ingredient sourcing to mass production and regulatory sign-off.
You will translate market trends into commercially viable, high-quality beauty formulations by collaborating directly with OEM/ODM partners, formulation chemists, and packaging suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses deep cosmetic industry knowledge, a passion for product aesthetics, and a strong track record of steering products through regulatory compliance (BPOM and Halal) into successful market launches.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end beauty product development lifecycle from ideation and formulation to market readiness.
- Conduct continuous market intelligence, identifying emerging beauty trends, active ingredients, and consumer preferences.
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers, raw material vendors, and testing laboratories for sample trials and batch approvals.
- Oversee product stability testing, compatibility testing, safety assessments, and sensory evaluations.
- Ensure all product documentation and formulations strictly comply with BPOM, CPKB, and Halal certification guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, procurement, and packaging designers to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Track post-launch metrics and customer feedback to optimize formulas and guide future product iterations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on product development experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care sector.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation development, and texture/stability testing.
- Proven familiarity with Indonesian cosmetic regulations, specifically BPOM registration and Halal certification standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships with third-party manufacturers (OEM/ODM).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously.
- Keen analytical ability paired with creative sensibilities for beauty branding and packaging design.
