Synthetix Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale mission-critical cloud infrastructure. You will architect resilient distributed systems, automate deployment pipelines, and maintain high availability across globally distributed multi-region clusters.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain high-scale Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.
- Architect and enforce automated CI/CD pipelines to guarantee zero-downtime deployments.
- Implement proactive monitoring, tracing, and alerting systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Drive incident post-mortems and lead root-cause analysis initiatives to prevent recurrence.
- Partner with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and cloud spend.
- Establish, track, and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets across core microservices.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated mastery of Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in at least one systems programming language: Go, Python, or Rust.
- In-depth operational experience with AWS or GCP enterprise networking, security, and IAM.
- Proven background troubleshooting distributed database systems under heavy load.
- Strong grasp of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems architecture.
