NexaCloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive the availability, latency, performance, and scalability of our globally distributed cloud services. In this role, you will bridge software engineering and operations, building autonomous systems to operate multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters handling millions of requests per second.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and manage production Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS.
- Design, build, and maintain observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and drive blameless post-mortems for major production incidents.
- Develop internal CLI tooling and infrastructure automation using Go and Python.
- Define, implement, and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Participate in a balanced, secondary on-call rotation with dedicated follow-the-sun handoffs.
- Partner with product engineering teams to ensure architectural readiness for high-throughput releases.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing large-scale distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Solid programming proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation.
- Demonstrated experience tuning Linux kernel parameters, networking, and storage I/O.
- Hands-on background designing distributed tracing, metric aggregation, and structured logging architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
