Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale and maintain our distributed cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the architecture of fault-tolerant systems, automate deployment workflows, and establish observability standards that support millions of daily transactions.
You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to drive infrastructure-as-code initiatives, manage multi-region cloud environments, and lead root-cause analysis for mission-critical services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available Kubernetes clusters on AWS infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform.
- Implement end-to-end observability pipelines utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Establish, measure, and uphold Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Participate in an on-call rotation and lead post-incident reviews to drive systemic reliability fixes.
- Optimize CI/CD delivery pipelines to ensure fast, secure, and zero-downtime releases.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in a dedicated DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Proficiency in scripting and systems development using Go or Python.
- Deep operational expertise with container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes.
- Strong background in cloud networking, IAM policies, and infrastructure management in AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience defining incident management processes and telemetry instrumentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
