HyperScale Systems is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and optimize our distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will champion automated failure recovery, manage production reliability, and partner with product teams to enforce production-readiness standards across multi-region deployments.
We prioritize infrastructure-as-code, autonomous self-healing platforms, and observable cloud runtimes. This role directly impacts the uptime and operational resilience of critical enterprise systems serving millions of queries per second.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters on public cloud providers.
- Develop and implement automated tooling in Go and Python to eliminate operational toil.
- Establish, monitor, and report on core service-level metrics including SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
- Drive incident response, orchestrate root cause analyses (RCA), and lead blameless post-mortems.
- Build and optimize continuous deployment pipelines with integrated canary analysis and rollbacks.
- Partner with product engineers to conduct architectural reviews and production-readiness assessments.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience managing high-throughput production infrastructure.
- Deep operational proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container runtime mechanics.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proficiency in at least one systems programming language, ideally Go or Python.
- Comprehensive understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems storage.
- Experience configuring and tuning observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
