Aura Cloud Platforms is looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and harden our distributed infrastructure.
In this role, you will lead resilience engineering across multi-region Kubernetes clusters handling over 50,000 requests per second. You will automate failure recovery, establish clear service-level objectives (SLOs), and partner directly with product engineering teams to eliminate operational toil.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS.
- Define, measure, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets.
- Build automated remediation tools and reduce manual operational toil using Go and Python.
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code pipelines using Terraform.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and blameless post-mortem investigations for production incidents.
- Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation with dedicated engineering follow-up support.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience maintaining production workloads in high-scale cloud environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container runtimes, and Linux internals.
- Proficiency in programming with Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation.
- Production-level experience managing infrastructure declaratively via Terraform.
- Strong background in distributed tracing, metrics, and logs using Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Proven track record leading complex technical incidents through resolution and post-mortem.
