Vanguard Cloud Systems is seeking a high-impact Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the scalability, reliability, and security of our multi-region cloud infrastructure. You will partner with core platform teams to eliminate single points of failure, automate manual toil, and architect systems capable of handling millions of concurrent transactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure across AWS and multi-cloud environments.
- Drive end-to-end automation using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows for all operational processes.
- Implement comprehensive observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Establish, track, and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across microservice architectures.
- Lead critical production incident responses and conduct blameless post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize CI/CD pipelines, container runtime efficiency, and deployments.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in SRE, DevOps, or distributed infrastructure engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise managing production Kubernetes clusters and containerized microservices.
- Proficiency in programming with Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, DNS, and TLS termination.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform in production environments.
- Proven track record architecting high-availability infrastructure supporting 99.99% uptime SLAs.
