NexaScale Technologies is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to design, scale, and optimize core distributed infrastructure handling millions of daily events. You will partner with product, architecture, and reliability teams to deliver resilient, high-throughput cloud services driving enterprise workflows worldwide.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-throughput backend APIs and asynchronous microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Drive end-to-end performance optimizations, query tuning, and latency reductions across multi-tenant production systems.
- Lead technical reviews, establish architectural standards, and mentor mid-level engineering teammates.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure stakeholders to translate product roadmaps into resilient engineering deliverables.
- Design and monitor automated CI/CD deployment pipelines ensuring zero-downtime releases.
- Participate in targeted on-call rotations, running root-cause analysis and implementing permanent architectural remediations.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional backend software development experience shipping production distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern Java/Kotlin with solid understanding of concurrent programming models.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-performance relational database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Practical familiarity with event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Production experience deploying services via Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
- Strong communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
