Nexus Infrastructure Labs seeks a Staff Platform Engineer to spearhead cloud infrastructure scaling and build core developer platforms.
In this role, you will define architecture standards, optimize deployment pipelines, and empower engineering teams across the organization with resilient, self-service tooling.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and operate multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS environments.
- Architect internal developer platform tools that streamline build and release velocity.
- Codify cloud resources using Terraform to enforce security and infrastructure-as-code standards.
- Build comprehensive observability systems using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and lead incident response architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead technical design reviews for distributed systems.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, systems architecture, or site reliability engineering.
- Production-grade expertise managing Kubernetes clusters and cloud networking at scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS core services, IAM policies, and VPC networking.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proven track record reducing CI/CD build execution times and operational overhead.
