Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our core cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of distributed, highly resilient developer platforms serving millions of concurrent requests. You will partner directly with engineering leaders to set architectural standards, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and modernize our deployment lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain production-grade infrastructure platforms across AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Standardize and optimize internal CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer feedback loops and deployment reliability.
- Design distributed observability, logging, and distributed tracing architectures using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and drive incident response, post-mortem analyses, and reliability roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers on system design, cloud best practices, and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Audit and fortify infrastructure security, access policies, and compliance guardrails across multi-region environments.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or platform engineering.
- Demonstrated mastery of Kubernetes lifecycle management, container runtimes, and service meshes at scale.
- Deep proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Strong programming proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling.
- Proven track record architecting multi-region, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, DNS, and distributed systems consensus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
