Vanguard Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead architecture initiatives across our core distributed platforms. You will set technical direction, build resilient cloud-native services, and solve high-throughput system bottlenecks alongside exceptional peers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain mission-critical distributed services processing millions of daily transactions.
- Direct end-to-end technical strategy and drive consensus across multi-functional engineering squads.
- Identify and remediate performance bottlenecks at the database, runtime, and network layers.
- Champion system reliability, automated testing, and comprehensive observability across Kubernetes clusters.
- Mentor senior engineers through rigorous design reviews and actionable technical feedback.
- Partner with product leadership to scope, estimate, and ship scalable enterprise solutions.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience shipping high-scale software in Go, Java, or Rust.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and scaling distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and distributed storage engines.
- Hands-on proficiency with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of event-driven paradigms using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
