Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced and results-oriented ServiceNow Platform Engineer to oversee the architecture, development, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise ServiceNow environments. Based in Makati City, this role drives platform stability, operational efficiency, and scalable workflow automation across enterprise systems.
In this position, you will lead the technical design, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver platform enhancements, manage regular release and upgrade cycles, build custom integrations, and safeguard system security.
This role offers a competitive compensation package of ₱100,000 to ₱150,000 per month for an engineer who excels in platform governance, custom scripting, and automated digital workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain core ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules across ITSM and ITOM suites.
- Manage system upgrades, patching schedules, instance clones, and performance tuning to ensure high availability.
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts including Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Create and maintain robust API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP protocols.
- Govern the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data integrity, Discovery health, and dependency mapping.
- Establish code review procedures, update set migration standards, and automated testing via Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Deliver Tier 3 support for platform outages, defect remediation, and root-cause analyses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow engineering, administration, and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, REST/SOAP web services, and Flow Designer.
- Demonstrated experience managing platform upgrades, catalog item creation, and CMDB governance.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 frameworks and enterprise change management processes.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and cross-team communication abilities.
