CloudScale Dynamics is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to design, architect, and optimize our next-generation distributed systems infrastructure. In this role, you will lead critical architectural initiatives, scale fault-tolerant microservices handling billions of requests daily, and mentor engineers across multiple squads.
You will collaborate closely with platform leads, product managers, and site reliability teams to ensure enterprise-grade stability, sub-millisecond latencies, and world-class developer efficiency across our global cloud fleet.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant distributed cloud services.
- Define architectural guidelines, coding standards, and deployment patterns across engineering teams.
- Diagnose complex distributed system bottlenecks and execute latency-reduction strategies.
- Lead technical design reviews and drive engineering roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with security and site reliability engineering teams to enforce zero-trust security postures.
- Mentor senior and mid-level software engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional backend engineering experience with production Go, Rust, or Java.
- Proven track record architecting distributed microservices processing high-throughput web traffic.
- Deep expertise in relational and non-relational datastores (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Strong operational experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Practical knowledge of event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent engineering experience.
