Aether Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, scale, and secure our multi-region distributed platform. In this role, you will lead the core systems foundation supporting millions of real-time transactions daily, working directly with principal architects and platform squads.
We prioritize automation, zero-trust security postures, and self-healing platform design. If you excel at eliminating toil and engineering deterministic cloud infrastructure, this role offers direct impact and technical autonomy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Terraform.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code best practices and build automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Optimize platform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and structured distributed tracing.
- Partner with product engineering teams to eliminate production bottlenecks and reduce infrastructure latencies.
- Lead disaster recovery drills, failover planning, and mission-critical incident responses.
- Define and implement enterprise-grade security policies and least-privilege RBAC controls.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of dedicated experience managing production infrastructure at scale.
- Deep expertise with AWS ecosystem primitives (EKS, VPC, IAM, Transit Gateway, RDS).
- Demonstrated production mastery of Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform modular development.
- Strong programming proficiency in Go or Python for tooling and systems automation.
- Experience designing observability platforms handling high-throughput telemetry data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
