CloudScale Systems is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the core reliability, observability, and developer platform teams, directly impacting hundreds of microservices processing billions of requests daily.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and operate high-availability multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
- Develop internal developer platforms and self-service CLI tools using Go and Python.
- Define architectural standards for zero-trust service mesh networking and edge routing.
- Drive incident response, post-mortems, and engineering practices to maintain 99.99% system availability.
- Lead cost-optimization initiatives across compute, network, and storage layers at scale.
- Mentor senior engineers on distributed systems design and infrastructure as code best practices.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience in platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
- Proficiency in programming with Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS or GCP core services.
- Hands-on experience configuring distributed observability systems (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems consensus.
- Demonstrated history of driving technical strategy across multiple engineering teams.
