Nexus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our multi-region Kubernetes platform. In this role, you will lead the core team responsible for internal developer tooling, service mesh reliability, and low-latency infrastructure automation. You will eliminate operational bottlenecks, define internal API standards, and mentor senior systems engineers across our distributed technical organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across multiple AWS regions.
- Design resilient CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, sub-minute production deployments.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi.
- Drive incident post-mortems, SLO/SLI tracking, and observability improvements across high-throughput distributed systems.
- Partner with product engineering leads to reduce platform latency and eliminate operational friction.
- Enforce zero-trust security postures and automate continuous compliance checks.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience in platform engineering, systems architecture, or site reliability.
- Deep production expertise with Kubernetes internals, container runtimes, and Linux networking.
- Demonstrated mastery of Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling development.
- Extensive experience managing production AWS environments with Terraform at scale.
- Proficiency with distributed observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Proven record leading architectural RFCs and mentoring mid-to-senior technical contributors.
