Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our next-generation cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will define foundational developer primitives, enhance multi-region reliability, and optimize operational velocity across our engineering ecosystem.
You will collaborate directly with product engineering leaders to build resilient, distributed backbones handling hundreds of millions of daily transactions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and scale multi-region infrastructure using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
- Design internal developer platforms (IDP) to streamline deployment pipelines and shorten developer feedback loops.
- Establish operational excellence, reliability standards, and SLA/SLO definitions for distributed microservices.
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex production incidents and implement systemic remediations.
- Mentor senior engineers on system design principles, concurrency patterns, and cloud cost governance.
- Drive zero-trust security postures and compliance automation across AWS workloads.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience supporting high-throughput cloud environments in production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python for systems automation and tooling.
- Deep operational mastery of Kubernetes, service mesh architectures, and Linux internals.
- Demonstrated experience managing AWS infrastructure via Terraform or Pulumi at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency in observability paradigms (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog) and distributed tracing.
- Proven track record leading complex technical roadmaps without direct organizational authority.
