Nexa Cloud Systems is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the architectural evolution of our core developer platform and multi-region infrastructure. In this role, you will design self-healing cloud primitives, streamline developer productivity across 200+ microservices, and ensure 99.99% availability under high throughput. We value pragmatic architecture, declarative systems, and engineering automation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure handling 50k+ requests per second.
- Design internal developer platforms (IDP) and automated self-service CI/CD tooling to reduce deployment cycle time.
- Establish distributed tracing, observability, and proactive alerting frameworks across all production workloads.
- Lead root-cause analysis sessions for critical infrastructure incidents and implement preventative remediations.
- Define platform security baselines, zero-trust network policies, and identity access boundaries.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through technical design reviews and production readiness checklists.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of experience designing, operating, and scaling production cloud infrastructure.
- Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed systems architecture in AWS or GCP.
- Deep systems programming background in Go, Python, or Rust.
- Demonstrated experience implementing robust observability platforms using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Hands-on expertise with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) and zero-trust container security policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
