Synthex Systems is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to architect, automate, and scale our core Kubernetes infrastructure and internal developer tooling. In this role, you will eliminate deployment friction, enforce infrastructure reliability at scale, and drive technical roadmaps for multi-region cloud services supporting millions of active transactions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain mission-critical Kubernetes clusters across multiple AWS availability zones and regions.
- Design and maintain internal developer platform (IDP) tooling to accelerate product engineering throughput.
- Standardize production Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations using Terraform and GitOps practices.
- Define and implement comprehensive observability frameworks utilizing OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Spearhead incident triage, blameless post-mortems, and systematic architectural remediations for zero-downtime operations.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers on distributed systems resiliency, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of experience operating high-throughput distributed systems in production environments.
- Production-grade expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, service mesh implementations, and Linux internals.
- Advanced development skills in Go or Python for developing automated infrastructure tooling and custom operators.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Deep understanding of modern CI/CD orchestration platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
- Demonstrated experience defining SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets across microservices architectures.
