Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our developer enablement ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our multi-region Kubernetes platform, internal developer platforms (IDP), and automated delivery pipelines supporting hundreds of engineers worldwide.
We build resilient, self-healing platforms that prioritize developer velocity without compromising on security, compliance, or runtime stability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain mission-critical internal developer platform (IDP) infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.
- Design resilient Kubernetes clusters and service mesh topologies optimized for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Spearhead infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards across engineering teams using Terraform and GitOps workflows.
- Partner with product and application engineering teams to eliminate deployment friction and accelerate release cadences.
- Define platform SLOs, SLIs, and comprehensive observability architectures spanning distributed tracing and metrics aggregation.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and maintain zero-trust security postures across core platform systems.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems, platform infrastructure, or SRE domains at scale.
- Deep expertise with production Kubernetes architectures, container runtimes, and Linux systems internals.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for building robust automation tooling and custom Kubernetes operators.
- Advanced mastery of Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-availability architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in network protocols, service mesh implementations (Istio/Linkerd), and zero-trust security frameworks.
