Nexus Infrastructure Labs is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our next-generation developer platform. In this role, you will lead the core reliability, developer velocity, and cloud-native architecture supporting mission-critical enterprise workloads.
You will collaborate directly with distributed product engineering teams to eliminate friction, automate infrastructure primitives, and enforce world-class resilience patterns across multi-region deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and operate multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Design declarative infrastructure using Terraform and modern GitOps workflows.
- Build internal developer platforms (IDP) and self-service APIs to accelerate service delivery.
- Establish enterprise-grade observability and tracing frameworks using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
- Drive incident post-mortems, root-cause analyses, and proactive disaster recovery protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers on distributed systems design and production readiness standards.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of experience managing production-scale cloud architecture (AWS or GCP).
- Deep production expertise with Kubernetes internals, networking, and service mesh technologies.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems programming and internal tooling.
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code via Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
- Proven record leading architectural roadmaps and high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong background in distributed systems design, fault tolerance, and zero-trust security.
