Apex Data Systems is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the architectural evolution of our distributed real-time data engine. In this role, you will define core design patterns, mentor senior engineers, and build mission-critical infrastructure serving millions of transactions daily.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and AWS.
- Partner with product leadership to translate strategic business objectives into scalable system designs.
- Conduct cross-functional technical design reviews to guarantee system stability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive engineering standards, CI/CD operational hygiene, and automated testing coverage across teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production anomalies spanning distributed services and persistent layers.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through technical pairing and structural code reviews.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience in backend software engineering using Go, Java, or Rust.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and scaling distributed systems in public cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Deep proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and distributed caching systems (Redis, Kafka).
- Hands-on expertise with container orchestration via Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Firm command of system telemetry, distributed tracing, and modern observability stacks.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
