Ruangguru is Southeast Asia's leading tech-enabled education company, dedicated to providing equitable access to quality learning content. As a Student Advisor based in Pekanbaru, Riau, you will bridge the gap between students, parents, and transformative educational solutions.
In this dynamic role, you will consult with prospective students and their guardians to diagnose learning challenges and recommend tailored Ruangguru learning ecosystems. You will drive regional outreach, conduct product demonstrations, and achieve conversion targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, contact, and consult prospective students and parents regarding their academic challenges and educational needs.
- Present and demonstrate Ruangguru learning products and digital subscriptions effectively via phone, online sessions, and offline interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for subscriptions and educational programs on a monthly basis.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to execute local promotional events, school visits, and educational seminars.
- Provide continuous support and onboarding guidance to new users to ensure high product engagement and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, consultative sales, education consulting, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools, CRM platforms, and EdTech applications.
- Domiciled in or willing to work on-site in Pekanbaru, Riau.
