Tanggung Jawab
- Assist primary tutors and coaches in delivering curriculum and interactive sessions.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to reinforce key concepts.
- Track, record, and report student progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Prepare instructional materials, technical equipment, and learning spaces prior to sessions.
- Facilitate feedback loops between students, parents, and senior instructors.
- Support administrative tasks related to scheduling, curriculum updates, and event coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or instructional assistance is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to teaching.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and advance into leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Cimahi, Jawa Barat.
