We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supporter Engagement Officer to build, mobilize, and nurture a thriving base of digital activists and human rights advocates in Jakarta Raya. Working in close collaboration with the campaigns and communications teams, you will lead the implementation of audience-centric digital engagement journeys that convert public awareness into meaningful, sustained action.
In this role, you will manage multi-channel supporter retention and acquisition initiatives across email, messaging apps, and social networks. You will analyze performance metrics to continuously refine communication strategies, drive community loyalty, and amplify human rights advocacy campaigns nationwide. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supporter engagement journeys across email, SMS, and digital platforms.
- Oversee supporter onboarding, retention, and reactivating workflows using CRM segmentation and automation tools.
- Collaborate with campaign specialists to produce compelling digital engagement content and calls to action.
- Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion funnels.
- Manage supporter communications and community inquiries across designated engagement channels.
- Design and execute A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and engagement mechanisms to optimize performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in supporter engagement, digital campaigning, or community management.
- Demonstrated experience working with email marketing platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret conversion metrics and translate data into actionable engagement tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated interest in human rights advocacy, non-profit initiatives, or social impact campaigns.
