PERSOL is hiring a dedicated Visitor Service Ambassador to join a prominent outdoor and nature-focused destination in Tanglin, Central Region. This role offers an optimal work-life balance with a structured 4-day work week on day shifts.
As the primary face of the attraction, you will deliver exceptional frontline customer service to local and international visitors. You will assist with ticketing, share information about exhibits and heritage trails, facilitate smooth visitor traffic, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and deliver accurate information regarding park attractions, facilities, and daily events.
- Manage visitor ticketing, entry validation, and registration counters with efficiency.
- Guide foot traffic and assist with crowd management during peak visiting hours and public holidays.
- Handle general visitor inquiries, address feedback promptly, and de-escalate on-site issues with composure.
- Conduct routine patrols across designated visitor hubs to ensure safety compliance and facility cleanliness.
- Assist in executing logistics for educational tours, workshops, and seasonal public programs.
Kualifikasi
- Prior frontline experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in English with clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Comfortable working in nature-based, outdoor, and semi-outdoor environments across varied weather.
- Willingness to commit to a 4-day work week schedule, including rostered weekends and public holidays.
- Service-oriented mindset with high energy, patience, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
