Quezon Capital Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Branch Teller to join our Treasury Department in Sariaya, Quezon. In this role, you will be the front-line representative handling daily retail banking operations, ensuring each client transaction is executed with precision, speed, and integrity.
As a Branch Teller, you will oversee essential counter activities including processing deposits, executing withdrawals, handling loan payments, and reconciling cash floats. Working closely with our Treasury team, you will ensure daily settlement accuracy while maintaining compliance with regulatory banking standards. The ideal candidate brings strong numerical capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process routine customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and fund transfers accurately.
- Verify client identities, signatures, and document validity to prevent operational errors and fraud.
- Reconcile cash drawer totals, checks, and electronic transaction records against daily balance sheets at the close of each shift.
- Coordinate with the Treasury Department regarding cash vault limits, currency indenting, and end-of-day settlements.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and financial services that meet client requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rules, and internal bank controls.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve account issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience as a bank teller, cashier, or financial services representative is advantageous; fresh graduates with strong academic standing are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in cash handling, numeric verification, and basic reconciliation procedures.
- Familiarity with core banking software systems and standard office applications (MS Office/Excel).
- Knowledge of standard Philippine banking regulations and AML compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- High degree of integrity, detail orientation, and ability to handle pressure in a high-volume counter environment.
