PT Mannamill Bakery Indoensia is seeking an energetic and dedicated Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team in Karawaci, Banten. In this role, you will manage morning and afternoon culinary service, ensuring all brunch menu items meet exacting standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will oversee ingredient prep, execute recipes with precision, and uphold stringent cleanliness standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside our bakery and service staff, driving consistency and speed of service during peak dining hours. Ideal candidates bring solid experience in cafe or bistro-style cooking, a deep respect for food safety, and a reliable work ethic.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook brunch menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Organize mise en place and prep stations to ensure fast turnaround during peak morning rush hours.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage temperatures to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Maintain high kitchen hygiene, workspace sanitation, and personal food safety practices.
- Collaborate with bakery staff and front-of-house team members to synchronize ticket times and resolve order issues.
- Track raw ingredient levels and communicate stock shortages to head kitchen staff.
- Operate, clean, and maintain commercial kitchen cooking equipment and prep surfaces safely.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Brunch Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Cook in a cafe, bistro, or restaurant setting.
- Strong working knowledge of breakfast and brunch dishes, egg cookery, and pan techniques.
- Familiarity with standard food hygiene, HACCP principles, and kitchen safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under high-volume service pressure.
- Good communication, time management, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
