As Centre Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the branch. You will manage end-to-end centre performance, drive student admissions, optimize daily administrative workflows, and lead a dedicated team of educators and administrative staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily operations and administration of the CKA Poins Mall centre to ensure service excellence.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate center personnel, including teachers, front desk staff, and support teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with students and parents to maximize retention.
- Oversee branch operational budgets, monitor expenses, and generate accurate performance reports.
- Enforce compliance with company standards, child safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with central marketing teams to launch effective local promotions and community events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branch management, education centre management, or retail operations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving operational KPIs and sales conversion targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Solid organizational skills with proficiency in operational budgeting and resource allocation.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on weekends or flexible hours aligned with retail mall operational schedules.
