Gojek is looking for a driven Collection Supervisor to lead the credit recovery operations for Rental Armada Bersama (RAB), our dedicated car rental business supporting GoCar driver-partners across Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding portfolio health and ensuring consistent revenue flow by leading a high-performing collection team.
You will oversee both desk collection and field recovery activities, establish robust debt collection workflows, and monitor key risk indicators. Balancing operational rigor with professional dispute resolution, you will optimize overdue account collections while maintaining Gojek’s standards of partner relations and ethical compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations of desk collection and field recovery teams across Jabodetabek.
- Formulate and execute structured recovery strategies to lower default rates and reduce overdue accounts.
- Monitor aging buckets, track team KPIs, and enforce recovery SLA targets.
- Handle escalated delinquent accounts and execute complex negotiations with driver-partners.
- Coordinate compliant vehicle repossession procedures in line with standard operating procedures.
- Analyze collection performance data to identify delinquency trends and implement remedial actions.
- Ensure full adherence to local credit collection regulations and corporate compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, credit recovery, or debt management, preferably within auto financing, fintech, or fleet rental.
- At least 1-2 years of experience leading or supervising collection teams.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian credit collection laws, repossession protocols, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and database tracking for loan aging and bucket analysis.
- Possession of relevant SPPI (Sertifikasi Profesi Pembiayaan Indonesia) certification is advantageous.
