Nusantara Global Partners is seeking a dedicated and professional F&B Service Attendant to join our premier hospitality team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our villa guests, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, customer care, and operational efficiency.

You will coordinate closely with culinary and villa management teams to execute seamless in-villa dining, private event setups, and everyday beverage services. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-standard food and beverage service to villa guests in accordance with company service protocols.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, provide informed recommendations, and handle special dietary requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt, accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Perform table setting, clearing, and turnaround efficiently during regular service and private events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction actively throughout the dining experience and resolve service inquiries promptly.
- Manage inventory tracking for tableware, glassware, and dining supplies, reporting any shortages or damages.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an F&B Service Attendant, Waiter, or Butler in a luxury villa, hotel, or fine dining setting.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and table etiquette.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; conversational proficiency in English to support international guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills with a polite, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays across sprawling property grounds.
