Affinity Express is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented PPC Specialist (Search, PMAX) to join our growing global team in a remote-first setup. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid search and Performance Max campaigns across diverse industries.
As our campaign specialist, you will leverage advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking to maximize client ROI. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to align ad assets with search intent, ensuring consistent revenue growth and account scalability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, build, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search and Performance Max (PMAX).
- Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword audits.
- Manage ad spend, implement automated bidding strategies, and optimize for target CPA and ROAS.
- Implement and verify end-to-end tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- A/B test ad copy, headlines, creative assets, and landing page conversion funnels.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports to surface data-backed growth recommendations.
- Stay ahead of search marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform features.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and PMAX).
- Proven track record managing paid advertising budgets with demonstrable ROI/ROAS improvements.
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical ability with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Active Google Ads certifications (Search, Measurement, or Creative).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for remote collaboration.
