SECOM is seeking an analytical and client-oriented Pre-sales / Technical Support Sales (Sales Engineer Staff) to join our branch in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will bridge technical security design with commercial sales strategies, delivering advanced security and surveillance solutions to industrial and corporate clients.
You will collaborate closely with account executives, project engineers, and prospective clients to analyze system requirements, conduct on-site evaluations, and design comprehensive system architectures. Your day-to-day focus centers on developing accurate technical proposals, demonstrating hardware and software systems, and ensuring proposed designs comply with technical specifications and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with account managers to understand customer technical requirements and formulate targeted security solutions.
- Perform field site surveys, requirement assessments, and infrastructure feasibility studies across client facilities.
- Design technical schematics, system layouts, and generate detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) with accurate costing.
- Prepare technical bid documents, compliance matrices, and tender specifications for corporate proposals.
- Deliver technical product presentations, live system demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) validations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with post-sales implementation and project teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
- Maintain current knowledge of electronic security technologies, including IP CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and IoT platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, or Technical Support Engineer.
- Hands-on familiarity with integrated security systems, access control, CCTV, and network configurations.
- Proficiency in drafting tools such as AutoCAD or Visio for system design schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to conduct client visits within Cikarang and surrounding industrial zones.
