Gojek is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Controller to join our Business Operations & Process Control team at RAB, our dedicated car rental operation supporting GoCar driver-partners across Jabodetabek. In this pivotal operational role, you will bridge the gap between daily fleet management, customer support, and field operations to ensure standard procedures are executed seamlessly.
As a Process Controller, you will monitor workflows, identify inefficiencies, enforce operational compliance, and drive process optimization across all rental touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional units to track vehicle dispatch, maintenance lifecycles, and driver-partner onboarding metrics. Your analytical findings and operational controls will directly safeguard company assets, boost partner satisfaction, and optimize vehicle turnaround times.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor day-to-day vehicle rental workflows and driver-partner service funnels across Jabodetabek.
- Audit operational touchpoints to enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks between fleet maintenance, dispatch, and customer service teams.
- Track, investigate, and reconcile inventory and fleet status discrepancies in real time.
- Generate operational control reports, highlighting SLA breaches, risk patterns, and turnaround metrics.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to design and deploy continuous process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in process control, quality assurance, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong command of data analysis tools, including advanced Google Sheets/Excel and operational dashboards.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze root causes, design corrective workflows, and enforce compliance.
- Prior experience in mobility, fleet management, automotive rental, or ride-hailing operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
