Contemporary Culinary Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Product Implementation Specialist in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our engineering solutions and food & beverage business clients, driving seamless software and hardware rollouts.
As a key driver of customer onboarding, you will configure proprietary restaurant technology, deploy on-site systems, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for operational staff. You will diagnose deployment bottlenecks, optimize onboarding workflows, and ensure client satisfaction from day one.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical troubleshooting skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and an interest in modern food-service tech ecosystems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and configure proprietary software and hardware solutions at client locations across DI Yogyakarta.
- Execute end-to-end client onboarding workflows, ensuring zero operational downtime during transitions.
- Deliver structured training programs to client managers and frontline staff on system operations.
- Perform on-site acceptance testing, technical diagnostics, and system validation prior to handover.
- Document customer implementation requirements, deployment configurations, and site-specific edge cases.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and communicate user feedback.
- Provide tier-1 operational support during the initial post-go-live stabilization period.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in product implementation, IT technical support, or system deployment.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale), F&B management platforms, or SaaS application rollouts.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and field-troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within DI Yogyakarta and surrounding areas for on-site deployments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
