Synthetix AI is hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to scale our distributed inference and training platforms. You will design, build, and optimize backend systems executing low-latency generative models at massive scale.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput distributed serving infrastructure for LLMs.
- Optimize GPU utilization, kernel execution, and inference pipelines across Kubernetes clusters.
- Build fault-tolerant data ingestion and caching pipelines processing terabytes of data daily.
- Partner with ML research teams to package, benchmark, and deploy novel model architectures.
- Implement automated telemetry, load balancing, and auto-scaling mechanisms.
- Drive engineering best practices including unit testing, CI/CD automation, and design reviews.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- 3+ years building distributed platforms with Go, Python, or Rust.
- Deep operational experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML workloads using frameworks such as PyTorch, vLLM, or Triton.
- Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems patterns, network protocols, and storage engines.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
