Synthetix Labs is hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to build distributed infrastructure powering enterprise generative AI workflows. In this role, you will design resilient backend services, optimize high-throughput vector compute pipelines, and bridge cutting-edge machine learning models into reliable, production-ready APIs.
We prioritize minimal abstraction, high performance, and rapid iteration. You will collaborate directly with machine learning researchers and product leaders to scale systems serving millions of daily requests.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput distributed microservices in Go and Python.
- Build reliable vector data pipelines and distributed storage layers for large-scale model inference.
- Scale Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure across multiple AWS regions.
- Optimize system latency and database query performance for real-time AI agents.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and comprehensive observability suites.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers across platform reliability standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production distributed systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Go, Python, and cloud-native networking.
- Strong background with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with transactional and analytical data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse).
- Familiarity deploying machine learning models or inference engines at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical engineering track record.
