Nexus Systems is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize low-latency distributed microservices. You will take ownership of core transaction infrastructure supporting millions of concurrent users. We prioritize clean APIs, minimal operational complexity, and pragmatic software delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical distributed services in Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize high-throughput API endpoints to maintain sub-50ms p99 latency targets.
- Lead root-cause analysis on production anomalies and implement automated mitigation steps.
- Define database schemas, optimize queries, and execute seamless production migrations.
- Mentor junior engineers via structured code reviews and system design guidance.
- Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to align technical specifications with platform roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience delivering production software using Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-scale SQL schemas, indexes, and execution plans.
- Deep understanding of HTTP, gRPC, distributed consensus, and event-driven messaging systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating workloads inside Kubernetes and AWS.
- Proven track record diagnosing bottlenecks using tracing, profiling tools, and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
