Nexus Distributed Systems is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain high-throughput distributed microservices. In this role, you will lead core infrastructure initiatives, optimize database transactions, and build fault-tolerant APIs processing millions of daily requests.
You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver resilient, production-ready software adhering to strict low-latency requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain distributed services using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize high-throughput systems for latency, memory utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Lead architectural reviews and establish best practices for API design and data pipelines.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks across microservices using tracing and profiling tools.
- Automate testing, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and Kubernetes orchestration workflows.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot critical production incidents.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP cloud environments.
- Proficiency with concurrent programming, distributed locks, and caching strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
