Apex Scale Systems is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate resilient, high-throughput distributed systems. In this role, you will lead backend architectural decisions, optimize database transactions at scale, and collaborate directly with product and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade cloud services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design and implement low-latency caching and data streaming pipelines using Redis and Apache Kafka.
- Optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, containerize workloads, and deploy services across Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement comprehensive system observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior developers.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience with Go, Rust, or modern Java.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining distributed architectures in production environments.
- Strong background with relational database tuning and data consistency guarantees in PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and cluster orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
