Nexus Scale Systems is seeking a high-performing Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale mission-critical cloud infrastructure handling billions of transactions daily.
You will join a fast-paced core platform team focused on low-latency microservices, high availability, and resilient distributed systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices using Go and Rust.
- Optimize high-throughput database queries and data pipelines using PostgreSQL and Kafka.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy and manage workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Lead architectural reviews and enforce engineering best practices through peer code reviews.
- Investigate production incidents to execute root-cause mitigations.
- Mentor mid-level engineers to foster high technical standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience operating distributed backend systems.
- Expertise in backend languages such as Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key-value stores (Redis).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
