We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and maintain the scalable infrastructure that powers our high-throughput SaaS platform. You will be a key player in a high-autonomy environment, driving the strategy for our migration to a fully GitOps-driven workflow on AWS.
This role goes beyond maintaining pipelines; it is about building the internal developer platform (IDP) that enables our product teams to ship features with confidence and velocity. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD) supporting a GitOps workflow for 50+ microservices.
- Lead the evolution of our Kubernetes clusters (EKS), managing operators, CRDs, and cluster upgrades with zero downtime.
- Develop and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage or similar frameworks to enable self-service capabilities.
- Establish SLO/SLI frameworks and implement comprehensive observability (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Loki) for system health and performance tuning.
- Automate security compliance (SOC2, GDPR) checks into the SDLC using tools like OPA/Gatekeeper and Trivy.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with software teams to optimize application performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (Tier 3 escalation) and drive incident response and blameless postmortem processes.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS (VPC, EKS, IAM, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda) and Kubernetes (controllers, operators, networking, storage).
- Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt), including module design, state management, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python for writing operators, controllers, and automation tooling.
- Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) for containerized workloads.
- Proven track record implementing Observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, ELK/OpenTelemetry) and distributed tracing.
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd), and security hardening.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
