This is a high-impact role where you will design self-healing systems, optimize multi-region Kubernetes clusters, and mentor a team of talented engineers. You will work alongside product teams to define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards, slash deployment latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime for enterprise clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and manage highly available, multi-region Kubernetes (EKS) clusters using Terraform and Helm.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD) enabling progressive delivery, canary deployments, and automated rollback capabilities.
- Establish and enforce GitOps workflows, Policy-as-Code (OPA/Gatekeeper), and security scanning (Snyk, Trivy) across the SDLC.
- Build and maintain a self-service Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage or similar frameworks to accelerate developer velocity.
- Define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs; implement comprehensive observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and lead incident response for critical production issues.
- Optimize cloud spend via FinOps practices—rightsizing, savings plans, and automated cleanup of ephemeral environments.
- Mentor mid-level engineers; conduct architecture reviews and drive technical RFC processes for platform evolution.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years professional experience in DevOps, Platform, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda) and Terraform (modules, state management, CI/CD integration).
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Controllers, Operators, CRDs, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd) in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python for writing operators, controllers, and automation tooling (Bash proficiency expected).
- Proven track record designing CI/CD systems for microservices (ArgoCD, Jenkins X, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/mTLS, Load Balancing, eBPF/Cilium).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
