NexaScale Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core event-streaming infrastructure. You will architect, build, and operate resilient, multi-region services processing over 100,000 requests per second with sub-millisecond latencies.
In this role, you will collaborate with data platform teams, optimize storage layers, and enforce zero-trust reliability standards across high-throughput production services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services in Go and Rust.
- Scale distributed streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
- Optimize persistence layers using PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse.
- Deploy, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Implement instrumentation, profiling, and distributed tracing via OpenTelemetry.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor mid-level engineering personnel.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software development experience specializing in distributed backend systems.
- Advanced production proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Demonstrated experience designing fault-tolerant systems using distributed event logs (Kafka/Pulsar).
- Solid understanding of distributed consensus, CAP theorem, and memory management.
- Hands-on experience deploying and debugging workloads inside Kubernetes environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
