CloudScale Dynamics is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, scale, and optimize our core multi-tenant cloud platform. In this role, you will architect resilient backend services handling millions of concurrent requests while maintaining sub-millisecond latencies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain fault-tolerant distributed backend services handling mission-critical traffic.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks across microservices, databases, and network layers.
- Optimize high-throughput data pipelines using Go, Kafka, and specialized database engines.
- Partner with site reliability engineers to define SLOs, SLIs, and automated incident response runbooks.
- Drive engineering best practices across testing, automated CI/CD deployments, and infrastructure as code.
- Conduct architecture reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineering personnel.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building high-throughput distributed systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep operational understanding of cloud native ecosystems (AWS, Kubernetes, Envoy).
- Demonstrated experience optimizing relational and non-relational datastores (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Proven proficiency with concurrent programming models, memory management, and asynchronous I/O.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/2, gRPC) and distributed consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
