Join Nexus AI Labs, a Series B startup revolutionizing generative AI for enterprise workflows. We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our core foundation models. You will work at the intersection of research and production, architecting scalable ML systems that power millions of daily inferences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, train, and optimize large-scale foundation models (LLMs, Multi-modal) for production deployment.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for data processing, training, evaluation, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate cutting-edge research into reliable product features.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using techniques like quantization, distillation, and kernel fusion (TensorRT, Triton).
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining loops.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical strategy for the ML Platform team.
Kualifikasi
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying deep learning models in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch/JAX, and distributed training frameworks (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM).
- Proven experience optimizing GPU utilization and memory management for large model training/inference.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: system design, testing, version control, and CI/CD.
- Publications in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR) or significant open-source contributions preferred.
