At Nexus AI Labs, we are pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems at scale. We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our core research and development team in San Francisco.
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models that power our flagship products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and researchers to deliver high-impact ML solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Lead the development of novel ML algorithms and models for NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
- Architect and maintain MLOps infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data ingestion and feature engineering systems.
- Conduct rigorous model testing, monitoring, and A/B experimentation to ensure production reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and best practices.
- Stay current with latest ML research and apply relevant advancements to product challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping ML products end-to-end: data collection, model training, deployment, monitoring.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
