Nexus Intelligence Labs is pioneering the next generation of autonomous AI agents. We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to architect, train, and deploy large-scale foundation models that power our core products.
You will work at the intersection of research and production, collaborating with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs and multimodal systems. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and equity upside.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) on distributed GPU clusters.
- Architect robust MLOps infrastructure for model versioning, experimentation tracking, and automated CI/CD deployment.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using techniques like quantization, distillation, and tensor parallelism.
- Conduct rigorous offline/online evaluation and A/B testing to measure model quality and business impact.
- Collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate cutting-edge papers (e.g., attention mechanisms, RLHF, RAG) into production-grade features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with 2+ years focused on Large Language Models or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred, JAX/TensorFlow a plus).
- Hands-on experience with distributed training frameworks (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM) on multi-node GPU clusters.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architecture, attention optimization, and memory-efficient training techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to high-traffic production environments (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.
- Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or significant open-source contributions are a major plus.
