ScaleGrid Systems is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our core distributed platforms. In this role, you will design automated systems, eliminate toil, and maintain high availability across our multi-region cloud infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain high-availability Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Drive incident response workflows, perform thorough blameless post-mortems, and eliminate recurring issues.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets.
- Build real-time observability dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing tools.
- Partner with product engineering teams to architect scalable microservices and improve deployment safety.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise with container orchestration at scale using Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling, specifically Terraform.
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language: Go, Python, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record managing production workloads on AWS or GCP under high-traffic conditions.
